:lol: It is book seven of the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, "A Crown of Swords".
You sir are Matrim Cauthon. A guy who has incredible luck, with women and countless other things, quite the potty mouth, and extremely stubborn and hasty. He's a prankster and also one of the finest battle strategists around, even though he didnt ask for the talent. Mat actually hates battle and would rather sneak away from a large fight.
